Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted for eligible items within the return window mentioned below, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. If an item is not eligible, it will be mentioned on the product page or communicated by our support team.

Damaged / Wrong Item

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Refunds

After inspection and approval, refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method will be shared by our support team.
